We like to keep our clients fully informed of their affairs right from the first meeting.

Controls
Quality controls are embedded in our systems:
- All work is reviewed before sent to clients, sometimes locally and sometimes by our colleagues in London.
- All staff receive regularly training, sharing on-line courses and webinars with the London team.
- We use one of the UK’s leading accounts technical Support Company’s work programs, Mercia.
- We use some of the best software available:
- Digita, a Thompson Reuters company, for statutory accounts and tax
- Xero, Quickbooks and Sage for bookkeeping and VAT
- Brightpay for payroll
- All the client information shared on the emails is encrypted for data security purposes
- Data is stored within the encrypted cloud-based servers hosted within the UK
- We are GDPR compliant

The team does their weekly training webinars, online courses, information sharing and group discussions to ensure we always are up to date with latest rules and regulations.

Our team is guided by procedures set out in the International Quality Standard ISO 9001: 2015. We also use the Mercia Work Programme to ensure we have adequate quality control over the entire process.
The data is stored and dealt within the encrypted servers hosted within the UK which means client data is always within cloud based secured environment. Our hosted service provider is a subsidiary of Thompson Reuters. Further more, we are GDPR compliant and take privacy very seriously. All the client information shared on the emails is encrypted for data security purposes so that only the intended receiver has access to the information.
